Self Catered Prices 2024

The hire price includes exclusive use of the main barn for the whole visit with kitchen, dining area, 2 lounges and outside seating area and all 8 double ensuite bedrooms as a self-catered holiday package. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

• High Season: £3,619 per 2 night stay

• Low Season: £3,258 per 2 night stay

 High Season: April to October & Easter, Christmas & New Year

Low season: January, February, March, November and December

50% of the total payment is due at the point of booking, with the balance due at least 30 days before arrival. Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival – 50% thereafter. A refundable deposit of £300 is chargeable together with the balance payment to cover additional housekeeping which will be returned within 7 days of your departure if all is left as you find it.
